We litigate breach of contracts, including sales agreements, real estate agreements, lease agreements and service agreements.

Corporate Formation and Governance

We form and register entities such as S- Corporations, Limited Liability Companies and other related corporate forms. After registration, we help our business clients maintain their corporate books, minutes and other corporate formalities.

Creditors Rights/Foreclosures

We pursue collection actions for unpaid services and goods . We pursue and defend foreclosure actions against real and personal property, including the removal of cases from bankruptcy court.

Guardianships and Conservatorships

When a person becomes temporarily or permanently unable to make decisions for themselves, the court appoints someone to oversee that persons care and financial matters. We help family members and associates through the process; and, when necessary, litigate disagreements over who should be appointed Guardian or Conservator.

Lien and Bond Claims

Lien and bond claims provide powerful rights to recover payment. Specific notice requirements and strict deadlines must be satisfied. We file and litigate lien and bond claims in accordance with these requirements.

Non Compete Agreements and Trade Secret Litigation

Non Competes and Confidentiality Agreements often appear in employment, brokerage and Buy-Sell Agreements. We prosecute, defend and challenge the enforceability of these agreements. Litigation in this area can be swift and fluid requiring emergency proceedings that we perform on an expedited basis.

Real Estate Transactions and Disputes

We litigate real estate purchases, commercial leases, boundary disputes, deed restrictions and easements, often on an emergency basis. We foreclose trust deeds and land sale contracts. Our firm also drafts sale agreements and leases.

Secured Lending

We draft loan agreements, security agreements, financing statements and trust deeds to secure payment for loans made to businesses and associates.
